What does a managed plan cost?
A fixed monthly fee, set by what's being looked after — how many systems, how much usage, what response targets you need. Everything in scope is covered by the fee, including fixes. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices when something breaks.
Do you support systems you didn't build?
Yes. Onboarding starts with documenting whatever you have — sites, applications, servers, integrations — so we can support it properly. If something is genuinely unsupportable, we'll tell you and quote what fixing that would take.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Monitoring alerts us automatically — average first response is four minutes, and we haven't missed a response target in the last 90 days. Most issues are resolved before they're visible to your customers.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No. Plans run month to month after an initial onboarding period. Your systems are documented, your accounts are your own, and handover to another provider — or in-house — is clean. We'd rather keep you with service than with a contract.
What's the difference between this and hiring someone?
