Questions about Xero integration
Is this a Xero App Store app or a custom integration?
Custom. App Store apps are built for thousands of businesses at once; we build the integration around your systems and your workflow. If an existing App Store app already does the job, we’ll tell you to use it and save the money.
How does the connection to Xero work — and is it secure?
Through Xero’s official API using OAuth 2.0: you authorise the connection from your own Xero login, you can revoke it at any time, and we never hold your Xero password. Tokens are stored encrypted, and every write to Xero is logged.
What about Xero’s API rate limits?
Xero limits how many calls an app can make per minute and per day. We design for that from the start — batching, queuing and webhooks instead of polling — so a busy day doesn’t stall your invoicing.
Do we have to replace Xero, or anything else?
No. Xero stays your accounting system of record. The integration connects it to the tools around it — a portal, a CRM, an ERP, a store — so the same data isn’t keyed twice. Keep what works; connect it properly.
What does a Xero integration cost?
Fixed price per scoped integration. What drives it is how many record types move, in how many directions, and how much history needs migrating. We tell you the number before you commit.
Who owns the integration?
