Make better technology decisions

The case for clarity

You probably don't need more technology

It's easy to accumulate subscriptions and end up with a tangle of tools that overlap, don't integrate and cost more than they should. The problem is rarely a lack of technology — it's a lack of clarity. We map what you're spending, what you're getting and the simplest path forward. Clear, practical advice, not a 200-page report.

Clear technology decisions
How it works

A straightforward advisory process

01

Discovery conversation

We sit down and listen: what's working, what's not, what keeps you up at night. No forms, no questionnaires — a conversation.

02

Current state assessment

We map your technology landscape — tools, costs, integrations, gaps — so you can see exactly where you stand.

03

Recommendations & roadmap

Prioritised, practical next steps: what to do first, what can wait, and what the investment looks like.

04

Implementation support

Want to act on it? We can build it, manage it, or brief another provider. Your call entirely.

FAQ

Questions about advisory work

What does advisory cost?

Fixed price per engagement, scoped to the question. A Software Economics Assessment is the most common starting point and the discovery conversation that precedes it costs nothing. You'll know the price before we start, and it won't change.

Are you just going to recommend your own services?

Only when the evidence points there. Recommendations sometimes are "keep what you have and fix the configuration" or "brief your current provider on this list". If all you need is clarity and a plan, that's a perfectly good outcome — there's no obligation to build anything with us.

How long does an assessment take?

Two to four weeks for most businesses, depending on how many systems and how reachable your numbers are. The output is a clear, prioritised roadmap — short enough to read in one sitting, specific enough to act on Monday.

What do we actually receive?

A map of your current spend and systems, the true cost including hidden productivity losses, and a prioritised set of recommendations with indicative effort for each. Plain English throughout — built for an owner to make decisions with, not to file.
