The case for connected data

Your data is valuable — once you can use it

Most growing businesses run on a patchwork: a CRM here, accounting there, spreadsheets everywhere. Data gets re-keyed, reports take hours to assemble, and nobody quite trusts the numbers because every system tells a slightly different story. We connect the tools you already use — Xero, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Shopify and anything with an API — so data flows automatically and the answers are there when you need them.

Connected business data
What it means

What connected data does for your business

01

Stop reconciling, start deciding

When systems share data automatically, your team spends less time preparing reports and more time acting on them — ahead of the problem, not after it.

02

See the full picture

One view of your customers, projects and finances across every tool the business uses — numbers everyone trusts.

03

Automate the repetitive work

Data entry, record syncing, report generation — the tasks that quietly consume hours every week, gone.

04

Scale without adding headcount

Efficient data infrastructure means more volume without more manual work. That's how you run like a bigger business.

Reporting that builds itself

FAQ

Questions about integration work

Do we have to replace our existing tools?

No — that's rather the point. Integration work connects what you already rely on. If the assessment shows a tool genuinely isn't earning its subscription, we'll say so, but the starting position is always: keep what works, connect it properly.

What does integration work cost?

Fixed price per scoped piece of work — an integration, a migration, a dashboard build. What drives cost is the number of systems, the state of the data and whether off-the-shelf connectors exist. We tell you which before you commit.

Will integrations break when a vendor updates their software?

Occasionally — APIs change. Under a managed plan we monitor every integration, catch failures automatically and fix them, usually before you notice. Without one, we build defensively and document everything so fixes are quick.

Can you migrate us off a legacy system without losing history?

Yes. Preserving history, relationships and reporting continuity is the core of the job. We migrate in stages, validate the data against the source at each step, and keep the old system readable until you sign off.

Who owns the pipelines and dashboards you build?

You do — code, credentials, documentation, the lot. Like everything we build, you can take it in-house or to another provider whenever you choose.
