Does the first conversation cost anything?
No. The conversation and the recommendation that follows are free. You only see a price when there's a scoped proposal in front of you — and that price is fixed.
How quickly will you respond?
Within one business day, usually faster. If it's urgent — something is down — call 1300 622 176 and say so.
Do you only work with Melbourne businesses?
No. We're Melbourne-based and happy to meet in person, but we work with businesses across Australia. Hosting and support are Australian wherever you are.
Will you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes, if you'd like one. Send yours or we can provide a standard mutual NDA before the first conversation.
