Kal
Design LeadKal leads design. His approach is methodical and problem-first: understand the brief, interrogate the audience, then design toward outcomes rather than aesthetics. That's produced bespoke websites, custom illustration and animation for clients including Superpath — one of Australia's leading LMS providers — and EnviroScience Solutions, translating dense subject matter into experiences people can actually navigate. He's as comfortable carrying an existing identity forward as building one from scratch, and most of his work arrives by referral.
Jay
Development LeadJay leads development. Originally from Coffs Harbour and now Melbourne-based, he builds platforms that hold up as they grow — scalable architecture, headless CMS integration, and the engineering calls that stop a system needing a rewrite in year two. Recent work includes Technical Talent's full-stack recruitment ecosystem and companion iOS app, alongside content-heavy production sites and custom platforms. Pragmatic and problem-first, he asks the hardest questions in the first scoping call — on purpose.
